Changing Settings

How do you change the settings to 2 minute length and Amateur difficulty? I hate the interface for these EA Sports games and can't seem to find it.

You have to set it in one of the slideshow-ish tabs that you see before you begin a game.

You can't do it in global challenge. Come to think of it, I can't remember you being able to do it in the game full stop.
