what is the secret acheivement big bully what do i actually do to get this

you have to kick the people.
I would kick the ones with jobs though, cause i was kicking one that wasnt working and he ran off my map and my population dropped one lol

You have to kick them 15 times. I wouldn't kick the same one 15 times, though.
