It shouldn't be any more or less difficult then it was before. Go find Brentilda, Grunty's sister. You can find her in several different locations throughout the lair (she looks like a fairy). She gives you the answers to the quiz questions about Gruntilda. The rest of the questions are either about little things like noises you need to identify. You just need to remember the facts and you'll breeze through the quiz.
...Or you can look up a Guide specifically for the quiz. Either works for me. :]

The quiz was a royal pain. I had the hardest problem with the sounds, and it seemed like the game just "knew" that as it would almost always give me a character or move sound for a Death square. :(

The timed runs were a pain as well. I never did manage to complete a matching one in time. I could do the bees ok (except I'd get hit for a couple points every time) and the turtles (as long as I wrote them down).

I think it took me five or six tries before I finally got through. By that point, I had enough questions come up enough times that I had eliminated some wrong answers and had plotted a path to pick up a few Joker cards. I skipped the last three Death squares with Jokers to finish the game. :)
