5 Office or 5 Gypsie shops

Ok I have this quest on a single player campaign and cant seem to figure it out. The mayor says I can only do one, either help the investros with 5 offices or the gypise with 5 of her stores. I look in my blueprints and I dont see either the offices or what the gypsie is asking for. Can anyone help me? is the Office mayor refering to the CONTRACTORS OFFICE? If so what is the GYPSY building? Please help. Thanks!

The "office" and "fortune curios" are items you can make in one of the workshops - not buildings themselves

I was stuck on this too, and I ended up building freaking 5 more contractor's offices... then my wife walks in and is like "oh I did that yesterday, you just need to build the sinle office pieces." I was spewing!

When I was playing single player, I went with commerce - offices.
When I played multiplayer, I was sort of at the mercy of whoever happened to be building anything they wanted.
