If you are stuck at 29 and cannot find the last kefling [or heart], this is what to do.
I unlocked this with the castle completed, just goto the upper left area where the rock quarry is [not the one that says infinite]
Use your remaining little keflings to mine this area, after about ten minutes or so it will appear, then just build one last house.
voila achievement unlocked
