Stick 3 at the back, 5 in midfield and 1 up front, and try to take out all of the first team players and put in players that are generally worse.

what formation would that be? because i have not seen that one but i have found one with 5 (SOLOMON ISLAND SIDE OF THE FIELD) and 1 on midfield where u begin the game and 4 at the back(AUSTRALIA SIDE OF THE FIELD) u said 3 at the back my side(AUSTRALIA) or theres? and 5 midfield got it, 1 up front which side, 3-5-1 it must equal to 10 because there is 11 players and 1 is always going to the goalie. would it be 3-5-2??? :?:

A formation always discounts the goalie. You should try and put as few players in their defence as possible, I think that's 3 for that game, and then spread the others out in which ever way they let you. It might be best to put 5 in midfield and 1 up front.
For your team, despite most people's advice to play 4-3-3, I would advise you play a 4-4-2. That was your midfield can get forward and offer support for the strikers.
Hope this helps.
