Poster and Target guide

Does anyone know where I can find a guide to where the posters and targets are located? I know you don't have to get them to complete the game but if you want to get the silver/gold medals the posters and targets are a must.

there is a guide that tricky posted (rated 5 stars) in the forums. it was very helpful for me anyway.
