We are implementing a new achievement buddy method to help keep the forums clean. Post all achievement buddy threads for this game here AND follow these basic rules:
KEEP THREAD TITLES SIMPLE & CLEAR
Want an achievement buddy for specific achievement(s)? Add the achievement(s) name(s) in the title. Example:
Help me with Stomach Upset
All 4 Dead & Unbreakable
Want an achievement buddy for a specific task? Describe the task in the title. Example:
Partners for all campaign runs
Expert run partner on Blood Gulch
All multiplayer achievements
Make your threads clear and DO NOT post non-specific titles like:
L4D
Noob help
OMFGBBQ PLZ HLP
DON'T CLUTTER
Read and search the existing achievement buddy thread titles to see if those can help you BEFORE you post a new one.
DATE YOUR REQUESTS
In your post provide the times you are available or want to get achievement(s)/tasks done by.
If you prefer, provide date info on title. Example:
All 4 Dead & Unbreakable TODAY
All multiplayer achievements this weekend
Expert run partner on Blood Gulch (by Feb 28)
EXPIRE YOUR THREADS
Edit your threads letting people know when you are done. Clear out the original post and state that you no longer need help. This will let others create newer ones.
Let us know and we'll close out old threads. Use the report button and state "Please close thread" Don't follow these rules and your post is subject to deletion or worse.
