ive search a few threads and seen that this was a free game
but when i go to xbla it isn't there
any idea's y ??

You could be in the wrong game list... new release or trials and such... try all 'Aegis Wing'

It is free in the North America only. I am in the UK and have it though. Simply make a 2nd american account and download it that way.

Ill try and see what happens
but ive already made 3 accounts and used up all the free months
does it have to be a gold acoount or will silver do ??

Ive tried this and didnt work
i changed my locale to US nd time zone to - 5 hours
and made two accounts and both got a free month dont know why
this is my 5th account ive made and got a free month :sSS
is there any thing im missing or isn't it still in the XLBA

When I created my US account I used a proper zip code etc have you been doing that?
