What is the true way of beating him i just start swinging at him on the easy difficulty and he jumped off. So i figure there is a real way, i'm facing him on hard and he just destroys me...help

Nevermind i figured it out...it'd still be nice to know how to actually beat him though. I jumped over him and he tried to hit me then i just kept doing the focus attacks while i was at his back and he just dropped.

Focus-Evade and attack immediately with perfect focus X (not seperately i'm talking about the special fathers legacy move where you can focus evade and strike all in one go)

Just takes a few strikes even on hard, just block the rest of his attacks...
