Going Back to Easy?

When I finish on Hard difficulty, I am thinking of going back to easy and mopping up the last achievements.

Do you think I will be given the option to carry over my skills like I did when I went on to Hard?

I'm worried that I might have to start from scratch with things like getting every skill.

You can start #2 headband difficulty and carry on all skills from your previous playthroughs on normal and hard. I did it yesterday just to get 'bout 250 kills for my last achievement.
