Does anyone have a list of all the locations?

Im struggling to find loads of them... I have pretty much 2/3 on all levels!

Spiral Mountain, Grunty's old lair. Teleport back to the Jinjo village and walk back through the digger tunnel that you originally came through.

The bridge to Grunty's lair is broken, but you can climb the bridge's hanging remnants like a ladder. Go underneath it and do a high jump, grab it, and climb to the top. Cheato is inside the lair.
