is there an easy way

to get all the medals like if you play online with somebody who already has em all will you get the achievement

there has to be a way because i was just playing online and this guy had the og achievement for all gold badges but he didnt have the one for getting 15 gold badges so how does that work

I don't think you can get it that way. Just go through the levels on Hard and get all the posters and targets. I did it on my first run through the game. I have all the badges and the guy I was playing with the other day didn't get them just by playing with me.
