Currently working as a Data Entry Clerk for Argos. Also studying linguistics and martial arts in my spare time. I'm aiming to become an instructor for the RSDA (Realistic Self-Defence Association) in the next few years.

Sounds good!, what martial art is it?... I used to do Taekwondo years ago, I got to be a green belt blue tag.

Freshly graduated (BA) and looking for a job in this terrible economy ;) Probably just going to go ahead and do a Masters if I can't find work.

That's probably the smart way to go, although even people with Master's degrees are having tough times finding jobs.

I think thats the problem with everyone at the moment, its hard to find a job in all walks of life. Meaning everyone has been forced to sign on to benefits and the dole.

Not good :(

English major, history minor. I've been working at the Maritime History Archive of Newfoundland and Labrador for the past 5 years part-time while attending University and lost my job because they can't afford to hire me full-time. Boo-urns.

I want to do a Masters in Library Information studies, I already applied, waiting to see if I'm accepted yet

@Norse yeah definately better than scraping around for a min. wage job... I hope it helps rather than hinders for getting a prof. job :D

Thats a bummer :( but i bet that with a degree like that it wont be long until you find a new place.

Good luck in the future.

Yeah, I took a couple law courses, not my thing but thank-you for the suggestion. I think I'll stick to librarianship/archival studies :D

It's a combination really, primarily Wing Chun Kung Fu, along with self-teaching myself Jeet Kune Do. Oh, and there's the Realistic Self-Defence part, not really a martial art, just how to defend yourself in common situations.

Mixed martial arts is always good because in a way it means your not tied down to one style of fighting.

Currently I'm studying for a Communications degree at York St John university. It isn't a degree which is taken in high regard, but I quite like it, and I like the fact that it's relaxing at the same time. Thinking of doing a Master's degree after that, or saving up and then travelling for a year or 2.

I don't have much spare time at the moment as I've played catch up with my course the whole year, but when I do, learning to play guitar, and looking into music a bit more (got more interested lately), and reading.

Going to take up a sport in a few months, maybe athletics or something like tennis. Might do a martial art as well, that's after my operations though.
