Anyone got any tips for any of these achievements?

ANGER MANAGEMENT
smash 8 shots ina row

SIGNUM 1V
DEFEAT SIGNUM 1V

DEFENDER
return 20 power shots in a single match

POWER TRIP
score 8 points in a single match using power shots

I've got Defender and I wasn't even really trying for it. I was about halfway through the tournament on normal and it just unlocked while playing.
