This is the first of hopefully many a360p community interviews and I have chosen to start with TRICKY1976 aka Richard to get things going. I hope many of you enjoy this and help to make this a permenant feature on this site. Interview conducted by Jackx289.

WHAT IS THE STORY BEHIND YOUR GAMERTAG?
At school and on the street my nickname was TRICKY.D and my birth year was 1976. I chose that so players knew how old I was.
TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOUR LIFE PAST AND PRESENT?
I grew in a care home from age of 3. I then ended up in and out of prisons. I then met my current partner Zoe and we have 6 children 5 boys 1 girl which I am happy with and haven't been in any trouble since.
WHAT IS YOUR OCCUPATION AND WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME OTHER THAN GAMING?
I do not work so I have lots of time to play games. Other than that I spend time with my partner and my children who are also into gaming.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE FILM/SONG/BOOK?
My favourite films are Menace to Society, the Godfather trilogy, Scarface, Resevoir Dogs +lots more.
I have no favourite song in particular but on my ipod I have Bob Marley, soul, dance, N-dubz, Dizzy Rascal, and Ministry of Sound.
My favourite book is? Nicky Cruz Runn baby Run (about the mau maus gang) and the autobiography of Cass pennant leader of the ICF football hooligan squad.
IF YOU COULD HAVE ONE DREAM HOLIDAY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
It would be Australia because my uncle emigrated there but my daughter is too young at the moment.
IF YOU COULD HAVE ONE DREAM JOB WHAT WOULD IT BE?
A games tester being payed to play! That's a dream job.
WHAT WAS THE FIRST CONSOLE YOU OWNED?
The first consoles I owned were an Atari st and a Commodore 64
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN GAMING AND WHAT DREW YOU TOWARDS THE XBOX360?
I have been gaming for 20 years and as a kid I loved playing games so as an adult I buy every console there is so the 360 was a follow on from the original Xbox.
WHEN DID YOU START GETTING INTO ACHIEVEMENTS AND WHY?
When I first got the 360 I was playing offline for about a year but as soon as I started playing online I realized that the achievements were trophies to show how good a gamer you are to other players.
HOW DID YOU FIND THE SITE AND WHAT MADE YOU STICK AROUND?
An old Xbox buddy gave me the A360P link. I stuck around because the majority of the members were extremely helpful and the site has helped me build my gamerscore with its tips/tricks/guides and basic game info and I found it the most useful and helpful achievement site that I've come across.
WHAT IS YOUR PROUDEST GAMING MOMENT?
Completing Avatar (lol joke) getting achievements without boosting for them.
WHAT IS THE WORST GAME YOU HAVE PLAYED ON THE 360?
Paintball Championship 09. It was that rubbish I deleted it so it doesn't even look like I own it and I never do that so that proves how rubbish it is.
WHAT IS THE BEST GAME YOU HAVE PLAYED ON THE 360?
My favourite game on the 360 was Rainbow Six Vegas as I had a lot of brilliant gaming nights playing the MP and meeting some cool players and not for achievements for fun and I couldn't say that about another game.
WHAT IS YOUR TARGET GAMERSCORE FOR THE END OF 2009?
I try not to set myself a target because id look an idiot if i didnt reach it with the amount of games i purchase.
WHAT IMPROVEMENTS WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE MADE TO THE XBOX 360 CONSOLE/SYSTEM?
I would like to see gold members get more free stuff and for Xbox to improve the quality of their systems to make them last longer than a year.
WHAT WOULD YOU MOST LIKE TO SEE ON A360P?
Harsher penalties for members that abuse the site and other members few more EU mods to represent the members from Europe and award ceremonies twice a year instead of once a year to give newer members a chance. And a Christmas box ie.. a Christmas award winner for best end of year member.
YOU HAVE ALOT OF IMPROVEMENTS LISTED SO WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT THE SITE?
The majority of the members/mods are extremely helpful and the site has helped me build my gamerscore with its tips/tricks/guides and basic game info and I found it the most useful and helpful achievement site that I've come across.
I also like the awards given out to members for their contributions and I've met alot of members who I like to play the Xbox with and added to my facebook which makes them more like friends rather than Xbox buddies.
WHAT DO YOU SEE YOURSELF DOING IN THE FUTURE?
Becoming a grandparent as our lads are getting older now with girlfriends, and hopefully still be a gamer.
HOW LONG DO YOU THINK YOU SHALL BE A GAMER?
For as long as possible even as a pensioner and I'll be buried with my console.
