I'm just wondering if anyone was able to get in the mob at all since this game has been out. Does it matter if you go in with four people, or do you have to go in by yourself? Last night was my first night playing it, since i have been on vacation.



Note: I would have posted in 1 vs 100 forum, but it seriously only has 6 posts.

There is a more active 1 vs. 100 forum, but I don't recall where it is.

I haven't gotten into the Mob yet. Just keep playing, eventually, you'll make it in.

I think the chances of making it into the mob or as the one are very very very slim. They must have some sort of system figuring this out and not just random picks. The ones from last night had like no gamerscore.

Role determination is based on weekly stats for speed, accuracy, and the number of questions answered. These stats are reset weekly to increase the opportunities for anyone to be a part of the Mob or to be the One. Please note that score is not considered in role determination.



To increase your chances of being chosen as a member of the Mob or as the One, play often and to the best of your ability. Good Luck!



Role Limitation:

One: A player can only be the One once per season.

Mob: A mob member is not allowed to be in the mob again within the same Primetime episode.

I was wondering when a thread was going to pop up. I've just been talking about it int he Rejoice one.

Anyways. Out of the two systems. My boyfriend has had one person from his group go to the mob. And that is all I have seen. Other then that it has just been the Crowd.

Only until one of my friends mentioned that they can not play, did i realize this was just the US and Canada.
But I read on some other site the if a US gold account invites them that they can actually join the game. Is this true?

I know tho you can have 4 people play on one console.

I would guess it's restricted to the US & Canada because of the sweepstakes. For every question you answer (right or wrong) you get a sweepstakes entry, and there's probably a stipulation in the rules about the winner being from the US or Canada.

As far as inviting someone from another country to join the game, I don't know. I don't see why this wouldn't work, however, XBL does do IP filtering. It's used to prevent people from using say a US XBL account to download content that is restricted in their country (Germany is a good example). You could always try it and find out.

I was in the mob on the first night. I just joined by myself at 10:27 (it was supposed to open at 10:30) and I got in. Just try to get in early.

I made it into the mob on Saturday. I did play the game a lot before I made it though.

You'll have to drop me an invite next time you play Kelly, see what happens. I wouldn't mind giving this game a go. We'll (non US / Canadian residents) most likely have to wait 6+ months before we get 1vs100.

Yeah I will check when the next game is and let you know. I think it is this Friday but I am not sure. Would be fun to play with someone.

I've only played it once so far because by the time it starts I have to start getting ready for work. Will have to try to catch it on the weekend if they have it on. I did pretty well that first time which is a surprise.

Hopefully more people from here can get in the mob or be the one.

My boyfriend invited my mother and sister to play the game with out me knowing, even though he left and I told him I was going to try and join someones party from here. Go figure. Oh well.

Yeah I haven't played lately.. I'm in a party with black ninja now if you wanna play.

Edit: WOW am I dumb. On the corn syrup question for some reason I decided to hit X RIGHT away and pick oats. That was so dumb..

Edit 2: Wtf? AGAIN I decided to pick The Kinks for the CSI question when I knew it was The Who since the song is Who Are You. I feel extremely dumb. Probably was that getting up at 7:30 bs.

haha I said the same thing..
I was hoping she left because she was mad at him for playing the xbox, went to the bar got drunk and when she came back she announces she cheated on him..
It would of made for a better live moment.

I hate knowing the answer to the question right off the bat. In my excitement to get the speed bonus, I usually end up picking the wrong answer because they'll throw in an answer that's loosely connected to the right answer. My brain shouts out no idiot, but my fingers cry out for the speed bonus.

Like the one about planets and I thought "Oh, Pluto isn't a planet anymore so I'll guess one of the other two!" Turns out, somehow it is Pluto.
