what is Arsenal Shipyard?

I have the special edition of the game on the way which said something about there being extra content called "Arsenal Shipyard"...

can anybody tell me exactly what this is....

I think there is a Templar stronghold in the shipyard. (not got the DLC so I don't know exactly what it is)

You can get to the shipyard in DNA sequence 10.

well arsenal has to do with wepons so maybe there is a secret storeroom in the shipyard (available in sequence 10) that gives you special wepons.

l'Arsenale is the name of the actual shipyard.

To be fair, I only knew that because I've been there. Else I'd have just thought the same that there was an actual storeroom.
