wow, alot of info to take in, ok so lets say for a game like GRAW, if i play a game like Search and Rescue and be #1 on the winning team and the team has like 3000 points will that be better for my rank than be #1 on the winning team wit 500 points on elimination?

Nope. The Trueskill system only cares about position. Only who got first, and who got second. Pretty much if you want to boost, just do the easiest quickest way. It will count the same.
