yeah this morning i woke up & my 360 was gone with both controllers, my 100$ wireless adapter, my new hockey game, & my psp. The wierd thing is i dont know why they didnt take my laptop its worth more & alot easier to carry out. SO im ****ed thats around 800 bucks down the drain.

Well, you will have all your saves and all your gamerpoints actually. You can re-download your arcade games and still play them as well. So the only thing you really lost in this was money, and the inconvenience of it all.

No, you won't have your saves. My account got corrupted after I took it to my friends house, and when I recovered it MS deleted all of my saves, and my level 22 Oblivion character is gone :(. And also, arcade games are console locked, so you will only be able to play them on Xbox Live. And finally, yes, you can keep your gamerpoints. But pretty much all of your stuff is gone. Sorry, dude.

Dude check the Pawn Shops, if there is a 360 at a pawn shop than you can be damn sure its yours... and you could also check for your profile on the hardrive.. and since the profile is linked to you xbox live account you can prove its yours....
