I can understand why their annoying. Lucas especially, as he knows the new star wars films have been a flop, so why drag out another Indiana Jones film. Don't get me wrong, it could be a great film, but i think it's better he just left it where it is. Anyway, Quentin Tarantino comes to my mind atm.

Yeah, they have been great in the past, but recently they have done a lot of things which have been just for money imo.

Quentin Tarantino is good but he has done no way as many good films as Spielberg
Plus I thought the three newest Star Wars films were good, not so much episode one but II and III were really good.

Eh, not really. They may have made some movies that made people go 'Oooh' and 'Aaaah' but they've also made some awful movies (ever seen Duel?).
Not to mention re-releasing their films updated is a sign that they can't make a new movie that's any good.
And c'mon dude, Star Wars is just gay.

"Gay" er no....
Star wars has made Lucas A bomb of money and is just amazing to watch , the best movie series ever.

Episode 3 was great i must admit, and i enjoyed Episode one. The only annoying things about Episode one were: Anakin Skywalker, Ja Ja Binks, and the fact the most kickass villain didn't say a thing, and was killed off early. Episode 2 was pretty bad imo, in fact, i haven't seen the first 30 mins i don't think, and never owned it in anyway. And Tarantino has only done 5 films i think. Only seen Pulp Fiction i must admit...

Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, and the Kill Bill movies are better than anything Spielberg has ever done.

Ry Fryy, you just created this whole argument. There was no need to insult saunders by saying it's a gay film. Thats obviously going to spark an argument...

and okay so people might not likl star wars big deal but like you said many people might say that Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, and the Kill Bill movies aren't better than anything Spielbergs done which for one would be me

I guess Martin Scorsese could be ranked in here. The Goodfellas was a spectacular film, one of my favourite all time films in fact.

Take A Look at this then:
George Lucas Net Worth:
$3.5 Billion and rising
Steven Spielberg Net worth:
$2.6 Billion and rising
Quentin Tarantino net worth:
£32 Million
So I guess Lucas and Spielberg are doing something right then??

Yes, and it's nearly impossible to hold a discussion with him.
Guy 1: This director is the best and there is no way disagree with it.
Guy 2: He's not great.
Guy 1: OMG WTF!? No, you're wrong and I'm right.

I don't see the correlation. More money = better director? So since Briteny Spears makes more money then any other band, does that mean she's a better musician?
Yea, that's what I thought . . .

No don't be ashamed, he does look cute, I wanna snuggle with him. Just get my hands on that soft beard and I'm set.
Next joke
Obviously Quentin Tarantino can be awesome- but he can also be over the top- I thought Jackie Brown was rubbish to be honest.
Spielberg used to rock with Indiana Jones and the like- and he did Band Of Brothers and pretty much all those war things saunders loves- but he has made some rubbish too such as AI.

Quentin Tarantino is an awesome director. Kill Bill 1 and 2, Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs are all awesome.
And also Peter Jackson for the Lord of the Rings movies. King Kong was OK but not as good as LOTR.

Im gonna have to go with my man Tarrentino but i see where the whole money thing comes into play. But to defend Tarrentino all his movies are amazing classics that every one has seen, all Steven Speilbergs movies arnt good. I cant say anything bad about Lucas but a lot of his billions of dollars is a result of the name 'star wars' . He created time less masterpiece but stopped there. Also honorable mention is Robert Rodriguez...I love from dusk till dawn and Sin City.

I swear i mentioned Scorsese earlier, the best director that hasn't won an oscar :/. And i agree Capownage, the Goodfellas is a great movie, definitely one of my favourite films ever, better then the Godfather imo. Has anyone seen any Hitchcock films, they are really good considering how old they are :p.
