What are the movies that made you stop and wait for a second because you were lost or didn't understand what is going on? Which you are still confused over or were and now understand
Examples
The Matrix, Fight Club,

Memento and Donnie Darko for sure. I've seen Fight Club enough that it no longer is strange to me. Another weird one is Imprint.

Momento took me awile to figure out. Fight Club was deffinatly a Mind F**k and Yeah Donnie Darko you have to watch at least 15 times and pay close attention to everything, Includeing the symbolism of things in the movie. Great thinking movie

My english teacher said before in class that she's seen a movie, where the main character wakes up every morning not knowing where he is, like he's loses his memory..
And the film is done backwards so you watch it back to front, has anyone seen this movie?
because it sounds messed up and I want to see it

Akira the manga, it's REAL hard to understand the first few times around but you eventually understand it. Watch it, and you'll see what i mean.. it's a great manga though with great artwork for the time it was made ^_^

^I was going to say groundhog day, as it sounds similar to that. Weird movies, Revolver is very strange, i had to find out the plot on IMDb as i just didn't understand a thing about it from the film.

Memento XD.

Yeah you don't have to watch Donnie Darko 15 times to get it, I fully understood after 3, its a hard thinking film- but still.
And yeah Fight Club was confusing- and apparently the ending is different to the book.

Yeah, Fight Club was pretty weird. I can't remember the names of the movies I have seen, but some were just freaky.

My teacher also said that on the DVD version of Memento you can go onto settings and you can watch the film backwards, and it things would be happening the right way, if you get what i'm saying

Yeah- my Media teacher said that too.
I wouldn't mind seeing the film- think I'll rent it from Blockbusters later (why was I tempted to say Ghostbusters?)

Here's another, R-Point..

This is one film that will never have a correct explanation behind it. Sure, viewers will give their own theories and ideas behind the story lines.. but there are so many possible explanations behind this film. It's confusing, but good!

to those of you who live in the UK, R-Point is on Film 4 on wednesday at 0055hrs (12:55am), WATCH IT[/b]
