Wasn't this announced back whenever the game was announced? I think so, they talked about brining Kameo to a bigger audience through different mediums....

Halo isn't the first video game movie though.

This one might be alright, but I assume it will be targeted toward a younger audience.

Once someone does something, everyone has to do it. First RANCE6 sells his account, now I know at least 5 other people selling theirs and ST TheKing's motto is "Make an offer." Now they are making a Kameo movie and I've heard rumors about other game movies. I think that this might ruin the game. Some people didn't like it, but personally I loved it and would play it again if I didn't have school. Still, I don't see how the game can fit in to a movie. The actual cutscenes and stuff like that didn't really show much. I think PDZ would be a better game to movie thing, because the storyline is actually somewhat like a movie's.

EDIT: I just checked the company that's making the movie, and they've made a bunch of other movies...that I've never heard of.

You obviously haven't played Kameo. Cutting people in half, setting them on fire, throwing them off cliffs, impaling them with spikes, doens't seem very kid friendly to me.

Kameo was a great game, but I can't quite see it as a movie. However, I will go to the theaters and watch and play a Kameo 2.

This is ridiculous. Kameo wasn't even a big game.

Also its stupid because the game itself was like a movie.
If they made it animated then you might as well play the game.

And if they don't make it animated it would be even more stupid.

(I'm at least going to hope they don't fill the film up with collecting 100 fruits.)
