Guyz and Girls if you download the X06 press briefing part 2 on the market place Peter Jackson says that "The Halo movie will not be based on Halo 3 or 4" soo i dont really understand is he talking about Halo Wars??

I said it because Halo is based on action, not hundreds of troops at once. I've read all of the books, and not once are there more than 31 soldiers fighting at once, and those are the Spartans. I would MUCH rather get a game where I can PLAY as all of those characters, more or less PLAY. I think that RTS games are just excuses for lazy game makers because you don't actually do anything but strategize. School is for thinking, games are for playing and rotting brains.

Halo 3 is going to be the last Halo in the series.......................that Bungie makes. A ton of spinoffs are probably going to be made. Like Halo Wars, the Wingnut games, etc. Maybe we'll even see a Halo Racer.

Who is Peter Moore, and what has he done that has upset everyone on this forum. Bungie have left a bit of a cliffhanger on the future of the halo series:
Question: Is this the last ever Halo game?
Answer: It is the conclusion to this story arc.

I think it's guaranteed that this story will end on Halo 3...
Halo 4 will mostly follow something different, maybe the forerunners or something.

Are you one of the people who dont like games they arnt good at?
I see your point on playing AS the character, but come on the RTS community is a strong one, because RTS games are fun and addictive.
Besides stratgizing you also have to predict what your opponent is going to do, and also predict when/if your 9 year old partner will ever make an army...


Or mabye I play to much LOTR

i'm fairly sure he just stumbled over his words, and did not mean that there would be a halo 4. if anybody was to know, i don't think he would be one of the first ones, it just doesn't make sense. it seems like 'finish the fight' is fairly final.
