Uh-Oh... another zombie remake! After watching the promo trailer, i think it's safe to say that this is going to be another 'bellow average' zombie flick. The only thing that got me excited about this film, is that Ving Rhames stars amongst the cast, other than that.. it looks more like the OC with added zombies.
Ok, so everyone has their own opinions, but as a zombie fan i think this movie is seriously going to be another cheap flick.
See for yourself and watch the trailer here..

You'll also notice that at the end of the promo trailer, Salazar (Nick Cannon) says.. "it's a bad day to be a ZOMBIE." This is a 'school boy' error as it comes under one of the many rules for zombie films; the word 'zombie' should NOT be included as you can already tell that the film is trying to do it's best to point out that it's a zombie movie, even though you have a horde of them on-screen at any given time! unless the movie is Shaun of The Dead, then they're allowed to use 'zombie' as it's a comedy..
and no, the Day of The Dead remake is NOT directed or produced by George A. Romero. We also have running zombies again who can jump through windows this time.. <sigh> well, at least they can't use guns eh?
So, don't expect much from this movie if you prefer gorish zombie movies and prefer them the way they used to be. To me, this looks like just another cheap flick that puts shame to the zombie franchise.
