Could anyone tell me the name of a website or a shop that would stock cheap but reliable hd monitors, at a reasonable size as well

also check fatwallet.com from time to time great deals are posted. they usually involve rebates but still great deals.

ya man definitely check togerdirect out there a very good website with decent prices i advise yuo not to buy anything with a warrenty with them thats the only thing there not to reliable on.
and dude just done go cheap on a moniter it is worth the extra money for a good one which will get alot better quality and conrast.

unless you really want an lcd or plasma, just get a crt HDTV. there are some great models in that size range for 500$ or less. 3 or 4 of the setups on Bungie cribs used similar models.

I'm going out today to get a 26" Samsung LCD in Dixons. It's €999, but it's really high spec. Loads of connections including HDMI for future proofing. I'll let you know how I get on. :)

yes if you do go with crt hd tv. at the moment they have better quaity then lcd's. and they are cheaper

CRT HD TVs aren't available over here. Well in Ireland anyway.

I got my 26" Samsung today. It dwarfs my desk. I'll post photos as soon as I have everything set up :)

I got it in Currys. They have it in Dixons aswell. It's sweet as. Shame I don't have the cable beside my computer. I'll have to work something out. It's a beautiful screen though.

For $645 at walmart- you can get an ilo 26 inch LCD HDTV. I have mine wall mounted and it works great with the 360.
