Would anyone have any suggestions on how to record realtime game play onto pc so it may be edited and posted up somewere like my website or blog

You will need a video capturing card in order to do so.

Just buy one at your local Best Buy or a place like that. If I remember correctly they arent very expensive. Or just google it it your lazy :)

i recommend a Dazzle DVC 90 or 150

those are good for people who never had a CC before

i bought a cheap one afor 40 bucks from newegg.com and it works perfectly. i can record tv and ff/rw just like tivo, plus i can record my 360 and regular xbox games since im just using the a/v out from the tv to the capture card. its great. ive got half of a halo2 montage and a ton of editing to do.

I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for but www.komplett.ie is a really good site. I've bought a few things for my PC off this site.
