Hey, im thinking of getting a macbook laptop for xmas, but im trying to find it somewhere for 900 and below. Any ideas? MY only place was ebay, and i was wondering if there are any other sources.

Refurbished stuff on apple.com is always good on deals, but not sure if it can get you under $900.

although it may not get you under 900 you can save a bit on it by using the apple student discount. there's a link on the applestore to the educational discount store and everything is price dropped a bit. we saved about 150 bucks on our new macbook. it's a great notebook. good luck.

Don't buy ANY mac laptops off eBay. Most are scams and/or broken.

Ill keep that in mind! Im planning on getting a macbook pro for 800 off craigslist.
