I have 93 at the moment, but it changes. I don't send friend requests too often on 360, but I accept all of them. I recently deleted a bunch of old Halo 2 players who aren't playing any more, because I was at 100, and I couldn't see if people were sending me any! Come Halo 3 though, my friends list is going to be cut down a lot, because I make tons of friends in matchmaking and custom games.

Same, I hate when people send you a friend request and then they never play with them again. So I delete those people, the most I ever had was like 20 people.

I have like 60 people. If I don't know someone, I just remove them, and most of my friends are from good old Halo 2 days, and a lot have just stopped Xbox Live. It makes me upset sometimes, because I had these two friends, GEE46 and X99SlaYeR, and we used to play Halo 2 everyday for hours, and they just stopped coming online...it sucks, I miss those guys. Still, I have all my new buds, like Muck and Strip, and then I still have xFall 0f Troy!

The most I have had online at once was about 23-25 (can't remember exact). It was a Sunday night. On weeknights I usually have 15-20, sometimes less. I have never been on when I had no friends on.
