Level 16!!!!!!!!!!!

i can't ****ing get past level 16, grrrrrr! is there any secret? i'm sure different people just get stuck at different levels, but for me at least, i can breeze through 1 - 15, don't think i "died" once, but level 16 is owning me everytime, i think it's a clear point where the differculty increases, but i don't think i'm awful at this game, and i've tried every different tatic i can think of, i just can't beat it!!!! help! lol

lvl 16 with which character? The difficulty differs depending on that.

You just have to keep repeating it until you get lucky.

Some tips I found are :

1. keep moving and learn to pick up bricks on the move. Do not stop to grab a brick.

2. use the Color Nuke (3 Triangles) as much as possible.

3. Use column nuke and row nuke as much as possible.

4. get rid of virus bricks asap. they can spread quickly and mess up your whole day.

5. Get rid of solid bricks asap.


You can use a column nuke and destroy a color nuke with out matching 4 and it will still blow up all the bricks making lots of combos. Make sure to locate and destroy one of these bricks when the screen is as full as possible. Try to have one color nuke near the bottom and then hope you can get one at the top - then blast the one at the top, saving the color nuke at the bottom as a backup in case the whole screen does not clear. Then use your supa weapon only as a last resort.

That is the best I can come up with so far.

yeh, i've basically been doing that mostly from the start, i try and work out the secrets on these types of puzzle games early on, just lvl 16 has got me bamboozled so far!

I'm up there with both the 2 starting guys, bloody hard!

Great post mate! well worth every 1/16th of a second it took to type!!

Also, i didn't get stuck on level 17, after 16 it was pretty much plain sailing, just level 16 cause me alot of problems for awhile!

Yep, 16 is the crux. After 16 it gets easier, and then once you go back to the beginning you can pretty much sail up thru lvl 16 with ease because you have the experience and the maxed supa weapon.

I am still having trouble getting to 12mil though. And that 25 second quick brick is hard as heck.

Dude same here. I'm trying to be it with the pilot who's supa weapon targets random bricks. I've been stuck on this SH*T forever. Worst thing is that if you fail, you start from level 13!!!!! FU*KIN ANNOYING!!!!!

Just keep praticing guys. U will get it. It tooks me about 6 days to go trough the lvl 16. After this point, it is defenitly more easier.

grr i got all the way up to 16 but died to a concrete block and had to go allllll the way back to lvl 13 but if ive done it once i can do it again right ?? :roll: lol

Ha ha ha, I'm stuck on level 16 with all 4 playable characters. Sounds like I'm not alone. Game is hard as hell, but addictive as crack!

How can you be stuck with all 4, when you need to pass level 16 with the Yellow Character (forgot her name) to unlock Turbot.

I'm a new Astropopper and also ran into problems on level 16.

The reason why is that it's the level that they introduce the new coloured brick. The pink/purple/magenta one. God I hate that brick almost as much as those virus ones.

Do any more colours come later?
