I have 9/12 achievements in this game and its looking like lair slayer is gonna be the hardest for me, the on foot one doesnt look tough i just have to actively be playing with that achievement in mind.
As for the dont waste more than 30 percent of your ammo achievement... I am not quite sure how to get that one yet I beat a zone with 80 percent accuracy and i still didnt get the achievement so im not sure how that one works yet :/
Pretty easy game for the most part, easy 160 points. lair slayer will take some doing imo is all.

I assumed waste less than 30% of your ammo meant that if you had 100 bullets you could only use 30 rounds...
I take it your assuming it means greater than 70% accuracy, as in the shots hit and weren't wasted.
I haven't played it yet but that's how the achievement read to me.

well the reason i think it has to do with accuracy is because you have unlimited ammo

I agree this is a fun game, but I'm also confused with the Sharpshooter and Lair Slayer achievements. I've finished the first zone with more than 75% accuracy and did not get the achievement. I've also completed all 4 underground lairs, but nothing for that either. I did have to go back and redo the fourth lair because I died the first time. Do you have to clear all 4 lairs in the same playthrough to get the achievement? Also, when I was going for accuracy, I used the rocket launcher only. Does the weapon type used effect the achievement?
Edit: I got Sharpshooter. I started at the beginning of the first zone with two players (local). The very first enemy on the bike I shot with first player with a rocket. After that, I killed everything else with the second player. At the end of the zone, I had 100% accuracy with player one and I got the achievement. If anyone else is still struggling with it, try using two controllers.

Yes, you have to clear all 4 lairs in a single game.
And I don't have a second controller :(
If only I could find someone to do it with on co-op or something.

How did you manage to get Peace Maker? I'm really stuck on this one and can't figure out a way to do it.

The Lair Slayer achievement was easy, all you need to do is just take your time and anticipate where the enemies are coming from. Take it slow and watch where bullets are coming from and dodge them.

Can anyone who has unlocked the Lair Achievement confirm this:
You have to play through the entire game, without dying once in the Lair Levels and without getting a game over?
I played through with a friend last night and we died on one of the Liar Levels, so we got ourselves killed to start over from the area and then beat the Lair. After beating all 4 and the game, no Achievement.

You need to complete all 4 lairs without dying in one playthrough

i take it you can quit, and rejoin, e.g. end of zone 2 turn the 360 off then come back at the beginning of zone 3?

I got Lair Slair today.
You just have to play thorough to the end of the 4th Zone, and make sure you complete each lair. I.e get to the end of the lair and get the 1up.
Obviously dying whilst out of the lair makes no difference, as I died loads on the stupid water level, but I can confirm it has to be in one sitting.

I had no problems with the underground parts right up until the very end of the fourth one. Putting those rolling dudes in there is just dirty.
Some tips:
- Play on easy.
- Go slowly. There's no rush. Make sure everything in front of you is clear before proceeding.
- Don't forget your health regenerates. If you are low on health, just chill out until it starts coming back up.
- The bullets are pretty slow and easy to dodge. They also fizzle out after a short distance.
- Watch out for explosions. Blow up any barrels long before you get to them and watch out for when the robotic exoskeleton guys explode.
- Be careful of the guys who come up behind you. Every few seconds I spray a few rounds behind me to catch anyone who might be sneaking up on me.
- The automatic turrets are easy to blow up. They only shoot a few bullets and then just sit there. Stand still and shoot the turret until it fires, dodge to one side right before the bullets get to you. Move back to the center and resume shooting at the turret. Repeat until it blows up.
- In the big rooms, enter quickly and immediately take out the first wave of bad guys and blow up any barrels. Next grab the center prize. By this time, the next (larger) wave of bad guys will enter. Run to one side and start circling them while shooting. They'll shoot back but the bullets are pretty easy to dodge. Concentrate on clearing a path in front of you.
- Use the explosion radius of the suicide bombers to your advantage. Try to wait until they are next to a bad guy to shoot them.
- The only really hard part is the end of the fourth lair, where some of the rolling electricity-spewing guys come at you. I died here and haven't replayed but when I do, I plan on sending a few grenades their way. They take quite a few bullets to kill.
I hope that helps.

lair slayer - it might be a good idea to just write down which zones you have done... yeah even the first lair is kinda tough - going through the game the first time i only got a few done - i don't have this done, is there a lair for each zone?

so the lairs are only on zones one through four? one per zone?

I found using a Nuke in the large circular rooms works best, especially on the 3rd and 4th Lairs.
Don't be afraid to use grenades as well.

This game is really an easy 200, I got all 200 in just a few hours total playing it. I got Lair Slayer on my first attempt. I think people just get psyched out by it.
