Does anyone still have a copy of the Golf guide?

There is a link in another thread that has a the Golf guide, but the Xbox.com forum thread is long since gone.

Does anyone still have a copy of this? I know it's a long shot...

I looked around and couldn't find one. Then I sat down and got the Achievement without a guide. I can try to help with any levels you're stuck on.
