I called Ms on Sunday, about freezing on my console. The guy asked me for my Gamertag (I have no clue why), and he said "nice gamerscore". I was like WTF? And yesterday, when I called about my 360 breaking, the guy asked where I lived, I said Niagara Falls, and he's like "Oh Niagara Falls. I've been there. It's such a beautiful place." Yeah. And I want to shoot the guy named Max who you talk to when you call Microsoft.

Anyways, has anyone had any weird Microsoft conversations?

Hahaha. Not personally but I heard pretty much the same thing from a friend who said that Microsoft just stall time by talking about pointless crap. Apparently Nintendo have much better customer care.

I called them twice thursday night and friday night. On the thursday the woman asked for my address and I said "Princess Drive.." and she was like "awwwww, How cute, (girly laughs)"

I was like *___* okay.

Yeah, I have. Once, this guy was "trying" to help me fix my Xbox Live. He would purposely tell me to do the wrong stuff so he could make fun of me and tell me to listen harder. Also, once I called MS and this lady was spitting Chinese all up in my ear so I was like, "Peace, jo."

How long did it take for you to get through? It took 30 minutes to get thorugh each time and i had to call frigging twice

well one time I called and me and the fellow ended up talking about the weather
