I am not 100% sure yet, but it looks like the guys who make action replay for all the systems have a item that is coming out that will work with the Xbox 360.

Even now, EA's games and other games that make achievements so easy defeat the purpose of gamerscore, in my opinion.

Wouldn't this also defeat the purpose of them selling gamer pics? If you could just get them "xchanged" from a buddy? I doubt they'd allow that.

To add images you gotta host them on something like Imageshack (http://www.imageshack.us), then once you've done that get the url and put [img]image url[/ img] but without the space between the / and img.

As for the topic at hand, I don't think this thing is a good idea. For backing up your saves, yeah I guess so. But you just know someone will find a way to abuse it and cheat in games etc.

Well with the device will come cheaters. Every system has a flaw, although it just needs to be found. Hopefully the makers take a lot of time in preventing what happened on the origanal Xbox.

Nah, they aren't ruining it for everybody. They're ruining it for themselves. How can you feel the sense of "Achievement" if you're just stealing it?

We all like to see "Achievement unlocked" show up on the screen, and it makes us feel like we we're good enough to get that achievement. If people who buy that are gonna take that away from themselves, then let them. No skin off my back.

hey Crono117 take a memory card up to your local EBGames or Gamestop or as far as i know any Xbox 360 demo in any store and download it. i allready have it and you also get a Limited edition Car so when it comes out you will have a Xbox 360 car, its pretty cool.

Well yo ucould save them to yoru computer and shrink them in photoshop or paint (if you're desperate) but then you'd have to use a hosting site to host them again and re-link them so yeah, that's a big hassle. Or just find a link 2 smaller ones is your other option. or you could just put a link to the page with the screenshotsl

Or, when you upload to Imageshack, you could tick the resize box, I think it is just underneath the box that asks you what image you want to upload.

There's also the option to insert a thumbnail rather than the full image, so when you can still see the picture but it's smaller, and clicking it gives you the full image.

the xchange will probably be blocked by a patch soon, it would only make sense, and also i bet they will soon code the achievemetns to your hdd, so only you can use them.

They obviously don't plan to allow it though as they would have to screen the millions of pics people would want to post or they'd risk having serious issues on their hands with people possibly posting revealing images etc.

That and they're clearly making some good money off of us with the gamer pictures they're selling.

i dont know crono.... the camera is coming out very soon. it makes sence but you use xbox live at you own risk, and they cant stop all the cussing. and also back before the 360 came out they were showing a gamer card with aq guys picture on it.

Whether the camera is out or not, they're not going to just forfeit the money they're making out of gamer pictures right now. They're making a killing. People ARE buying them and how much does it cost them to make a picture and distribute it through downloading?

You probably can't. Actually, I'm not even sure if I can do it here in Canada, at least I haven't found anywhere yet that does it. The best buy and EB near me don't have it.

the play and charge kit is already out I have 2.. its cool to cause it can recharge your controllers with ANY USB device, so I hook my controllers up to my laptop when I am not playing and charge them.. so IA m ALWAYS gaming wireless.

If you can creat a theme that has a different picture on every tab, that would be sweet. I hate it now that I select my own background, but it is the SAME picture on each tab. I want a different picture on every tab. So, if this device can do that, I will pick it up.
