Here are the perks to it being a retail game

800 more gamerpoints to earn
more gameplay included in the single player without forcing downloadable content
game case, instruction manual,
more likely for casual gamers looking to buy a family game at the store to buy it as a retail game than on the arcade (which most people dont check everyday)
It is only 10 dollars more than the most expensive arcade game currently and for a measely 10 dollars we get more achievements, that's good enough for me >.>

i would never spend 30 bucks on this game it is an arcade game, a game downloadable to your cell phone is not meant to be a 30 dollar video game more like a 600 point arcade download. i think it was sofa king retarded that they are putting it on shelves.

but they'll see the game will be a major bust.

I've always been a Tetris fan, however I find it outrageous that they want to charge $30 to have the game on CD. Microsoft is all about the money though...so it's no real surprise. I just wish we could petition them to put it in the arcade section with some decent unlocks for the point fiends. I might pay $5 for that....

I would get this for 400-800points, but not for $30.
I would get it to play with friends that aren't that good at 'real' games.
