Chapter 3 mission 1

I cant seem to destroy the train before it leaves the area. I racked up 12k in damage on it, but then it stopped and I got the mission failed. Do you have to completely destroy and if so what weapons so I use?

I had the same problem.

The problem probably isn't the train. There is more than likely one wee transport helicopter that squeaks by when you go to kill the train.

My strat: go to the ground behind the bridge and just shoot at the helis there, and make sure to look around for any helis you missed, and THEN go kill the train... it's not a hard train to kill on normal...

What weapons should I use?

IMO Laser rifles are the way to go, but i mean anything that does damage should do the job

Im having trouble beating this mission also.
I manage to destroy the helicopters but then the train is gone :evil:
Its espically hard since there a huge glare from the sun on that level.

yeah the sun was a major problem for me too that's why i went to the ground and shot them while they were over me where the sun wasn't.

Does anyone know how many transport helicopters there are in the level?
