NVM, I BEAT HIM

WTF hes the only guy I can't kill and I beat the leader which was worth more money easily(SP). He keeps hammering me with missles and hitting me with two lasers. One time I went around in circles and go him down to 3110. That won't work anymore. Someone help me please. *Note this is a guy from a data pack.

Is this one in the first set of Data Packs unlocked (i.e. the first four)? I had a hard time with a missile guy in one of those and found that equipping Laser Rifle and Plasma Gun, charging, and simply mashing X and B to fire as fast as possible worked great. If it's something further along in the game (past ch.3) no help from me...my brother is playing catch up, so I have to take a break.
