Firefly mission made EASY!

I'm having trouble believing that I actually thought this mission was difficult at first.

Trying to dodge laser attacks from the Fermi Air Fortress while getting in shots with my grenade launcher. Screw that noise!

All you gotta do is fly straight along the right side of the mission area, high enough so that the Fermi doesn't start firing yet. Then just park yourself on top of it. Seriously.. I just landed on it and started unloading my machine guns into its noggin. It couldn't fire the laser while I was on it, and the 10 or so missiles would just circle around me a few times and then maybe 1 or 2 would hit me, and with enough Primal Armor it won't even make a dent.

It's even easier if you read the other posts and do about the same thing with a mech with only two laser blades.

Much easier to dual laser blade it like scuzzy said you kill them with one hit. Don't have to worry about taking damage.

I don't know if the other post said to land on them or not, but trying to coordinate boost, flying, my camera angle, enemies, AND trying to land an attack wasn't working for me, so I assumed it meant to land on it since it made it so easy! I really didn't like the button configurations on this game, and they messed me up in some other games (after a long AC4 session, if I switched to Gears I kept pushing X and A to shoot, and trying to run with the trigger).

HAHA I know the feeling.. I was the same when I would play Lost Planet and then Play gears.
