Co op glitched

I got jipped like 4 hrs or more trying to start up co op xbox live it eventually worked then got to last lair and it froze... and me and hellomr didnt die on any other lair...

I did co-op last night and we beat all the Lairs, after we exited the one theres a part where the train moves to let the bridge down so you can progress through the level. That never happend. No achievement for me.
