She is a vampire and the Countess of Skingrad. She is part of the Vampire Cure Quest. You have to bring the items used to craft the cure to a witch who makes it and gives it to you. You then bring it back to Castle Skingrad, tell the Steward you have the cure, and he leads you to the Chamber of the Lost. Then (highlight if you want to know) :

She ends up dying anyway, and you can loot her body, as well as cure yourself of Vampirism using the second potion the witch gives you

Yeah i ran into this place before this post as well, and its good that i did because i was looking for count hass. cause his stupid assistant woulnt bring him for me... oh you didnt have to kill her ***SPOILER ALERT*** Count hass. does that with the potion, then you pick her pockets :)

How do you get in and out of it with out glitching cause i jumped from the stairs to the roof, and jumped down by the door... but how do you get out without warping with the map? or cant you?

whoops i didnt realize we did the same thing to get there lol... but you could just jump from the staircase closest to the door also its faster.
