How to avoid playing endless mode two times through...

... but still get 200 points.

Before I begin I would like to make it clear I can not confirm this method but will be trying it out for my self.

From other threads I have learned that if you have unlocked Cognito, Hyper and Twilight modes then complete 280 levels in endless mode you only unlock the Multi Mode achievement and not the Endless mode achievement.

I however have not unlocked Hyper mode yet so I was wandering if you all think that you could only have to play Endless mode through to 280 and get the Endless mode achievement once, the go on to beat Action mode one or two times to get all but the Finity mode achievement. This way you only have to play the 280 levels of endless mode once, but you do have to beat Action mode level 8 two times, however seeing as with practice beating Action twice would take considerably less time than reaching level 280 in endless I think this method will be very time saving for those who can use it.

I've actually thought about the same thing myself. However I got tired of only playing endless and couldn't resist doing some action in between. When I did, I beat it, so I guess thats it for me with regards to your theory :)

Anyway, because of Zeriam confirming the xport solution of reloading an endless save to get the achievement, I would think that this in theory should also work. Let us know when you find out :)

PS. If I was to put it to the test, I would really consider getting an xport just to be on the safe side of things.

It sounds like this should work. Also, beating Action mode isn't too hard after a lot of practice.
