The acheivement guide in that .txt file i would like to add something to it. The Act 1, 2, 3 i would like to put in that guide what chapter you must finish in order to complete which Act. Who may i talk to, to get this done?

If you didn't write the guide then you will have to contact the creator of the guide.

If I understand you correctly, you're saying that you only have to beat 1 mission on a certain difficulty to get the achievements for completing the act on that difficulty?
