make a second account with an American emailadres and American postal address. that is how i did it.

why do you need a credit card, you dont need it for a silver membership, which is all you need to download it.

I live in the UK, and I downloaded it with a US account.

Simply make a new hotmail account, say you live in the USA, use this address:

16452 Sea Lark Rd
Houston, TX
Zip: 77062
Phone: (281) 486-4100

And then make a new account on your 360, use the american hotmail address and then you've got a silver american account.
