do you need to get all gold or just bronze in the global challenge????????

I've managed to get most of them since getting back in to the game at the weekend, so it shouldn't take you too long - there are quite a few where you need to hold on to a lead and can just play keep ball if you don't want to get silver or gold awards.

The Aussie Rules challenge is another matter altogether though - just need to get through that one and then I'm on to the World Cup Final challenges...

Aussie Rules will seem like a piece of cake when you get to Brazil v. Sweden. The keeper is a GOD and for some reason Sweden seems to have only ONE good player. Oh well, I did it so anyone can do it!!!

So to get the complete all global challenges achievement, you just have to get bronze in all of them?

There are 40 global challenges total. 7 of them are the finals of world cups but in order to get there you need to complete all the other continent challenges. About 5 or 6 of them are hard. Brazil vs Sweden being the hardest one of all.

I didn't mind this game, because it was quite a challenge, pressing the Y button helps a lot. Is definitely worth the 500 points.

I completely agree. The 500 points is so rewarding after the many hours you put into it. Of course there are the: "That was f***ing ridiculous" moments but when you finally beat it, you just sit there with your jaw hanging, then do a little dance because those 500 points are yours. 2006 is still a great game...

Never really tried for the global challenge achievement, but I kinda been gettin the itch to play this game again so I think I'ma try and go for it.
