Why is this so abandoned?

Am I the only person that is really looking forward to this game? It kind of scares me how empty this thing is. Did i miss something bad about this game? Just wondering... making me have second thoughts about buying it

I was kind of thinking the same thing as you, the forum will probably start to pick up when some new details or videos are online. But so far it looks like a kickass game!

yah the video they have up looked really good. It seems like it will be a funny type of game as well. It's going to be a very fun game for co-op. And hopefully it will have some kind of vs mode.

games don't usually seem to pick up until there is about less then a month to go until it **** stores and since this one is still 3 months away i think it is a little early to get worried about it's popularity.

I am definatly getting this game unless the achievements are ridiculous but hey as long as there the same difficuly or easier than PDZ then me and my friend should have no trouble.

I agree with you. Achievements are taking over gamers. They dont care how fun the game is, once they get the achievements they pretty much abandon the game.

well yah i wasn't referring to myself when i said that. I play alot of games even though i have the achievements. I also don't just rent/buy random games to get achievements. I was just saying that most gamers don't care about games anymore. If it has achievements they want it. I've had 2 people in the last week ask me why i still play gears even though i already have all the achievements. I mean if any of you have not ever heard a dumb question before, that will take it right there. But either way whatever, let people waste there money on bad games just for the achievements. I can settle for all the good games out there. Such as this game of coarse. (or at least so far it sounds like it will be a good game).

Im getting it. The only way I won't get it is if there is some sort of kill 40,000 achievement. I am all for playing good games and being immersed in it..however I also like to complete my games 100%. I was this way before achievements were a part of gaming.

Meh, I'll wait 'til there is an actual downloadable demo to try it out and see if it's anything to buy. I won't get hyped over a game like that again(memories of Pandora Tomorrow comes to mind *shivers*).

EDIT: Except for Timeshift(hopefully it will kick some serious *ss) and Halo 3. ;)

It's two person co-op but not online.... It's only a 2 person co-op via the same console.... I think that blows....

Who said EA servers will support online play with their servers? It could be like GoW (client to client) and not client to server....
