But you know one that thing that drives me nuts is that in alot of games the Russian or the Soviet Union are always the bad guys. When it was in GTA:SA I couden't belive it.

That's not likely to happen lol. But possibly making the Canadian hockey team look bad. It's only becuase our team and the canadian one is good rivals :) .

The Master Chief ( Spartan-117) is a product of the SPARTAN II project. He is a genetically enhanced super solider and the sole survivor of the Tragedy know as the Fall Of Reach. The suit is supposed to weigh a ton and he's the only one strong enough to wear it. He's not exactly a cyborg. I bet some of his suit was made in Russia though :D

Well what he is NOW could be construed as sort of cyborgish since he is basically one with his armor for the rest of his life. He was, however, a totally normal human being for the first half of his life, so I consider him human.
