"Defeat Primitive Light (No.10), Karyon (No.22), Kurumagakari (No.24) to receive this achievement. If you want to beat them the easy way, load up the VERO NORK schematic and blow away your enemies with AS missiles."

So where do I find these 3 bots? I guess I have to unlock Vero Nork first (I'm just on the Chapter3 missions). Surely if I just load up that schematic I'll be in that mech, but where are all the other 'pack' of mechs to be found?

You need to unlock the "SDGA RANK-A" simulator data pack. I think you need to beat "SDGA RANK-B" first. The three ACs in question are the three challenges INSIDE the "SDGA RANK-A" pack; they're not in the regular game. Once you beat all three, you get the achievement. Many of the data packs are unlocked in the same way: by completing other data packs.

Don't forget you can use any available weapon or gear in the simulator, you don't need to buy it. It'll say "DATA ONLY," but since it's a simulation, that's all you need. My suggestion: forget Vero Nork, and go with any AC build that will support a "SIRIUS HI-LASER CANNON" on the back of each arm. Most ACs can be beaten with only a few blasts from the SIRIUS. It's available after Chapter Three, I believe.

Excellent, thanks for the reply. Maybe I'll play a bit more and post again with other questions that'll be answered if I just played it ;)

Seriously though, thanks, been on too many forums where people are just damn rude.

Vero was okay in the Data Pack bits, but means you need to be in the air all the time, but I often found my AC was better by just using a laser rifle and gatling gun, as the gatling gun is superb for stopping an enemy AC from moving and the laser rifle great for ripping them apart.

So I used to just go in with both buttons pressed once I had got a target lock and most of the matches lasted no longer than 20seconds.

Vero Nork is good to use, and can be devasting when used right - but certainly not the best OR the only way to get through the Data Packs.
