No it is play 200, people think its win 200 games because they may see over 200 games played and still not have the achievement. But you have to finish the games you play for them to register for the achievement, you may have an extra 50 games there that you had quit early on, and those won't count.

It *was* win, but after a few months they fixed it in an update to match the description. I got mine from sinking the black on 8-ball more times than I care to remember..
