hey i now a glitch if you got to controllers connet them both and start a match no matter you can do it on normal or insane you will get more points than normal becuse more peoble there in a game more points you get

I got it just by playing through normal by myself without continuing. I did have to rack up an extra 5 or 10K against the level 5 boss though.

Play on normal before you kill the re-entry boss make sure you have atleast 115k. Finish the game and after you kill the final boss you should have enough points.

What's the re-entry boss?? Is that the 1st of the 2 bosses on the last stage??

The boss at the end of Re-entry, which is level 5.

If I hook up other controllers to get more points, do the other characters need to stay alive or can I just let them die and still get the extra points?

Yes, I did this with a friend of mine about two nights ago. We got the achievement in separate games of course.
