Is there going to be a single player??

Does anyone know if there is going to be a single player mode or is it just going to be co-op and multiplayer.

apparantely yes, they say the AI is absalutely amazing, probably be able to tell the other guy where to go

Thanks that just makes me want to get it even more because it wouldn't be as good if there wasn't single player.
